All North Helicopters in conjunction with government, non-government and a number of Aboriginal Corporations have been working together to deliver seasonal carbon abatement programs across more than 6.5 million hectares of sensitive Kimberley rangelands for the last eight years.

The early season abatement work is supplemented by late season fire suppression work.

The development and use of scientifically proven satellite imagery and mapping technology has been testament to the programs success and is helping Top End Mustering and the Carbon Abatement Program team deliver precision incendiary deployments, as we diligently work towards achieving Australia’s net zero carbon emissions target.
