Northern Aviation Services is the Kimberley’s leading provider of mustering, airwork and scenic helicopter flights. With our head office in Kununurra and satellite bases in Derby and Broome, we offer the full range of rotary wing services to our tourism, corporate and government clients, supported by in-house administration and maintenance teams.

Due to growth within the business, we are seeking a self-motivated administrator for an immediate start at our KAS Helicopters Derby base to support our Head of Flying Operations and base pilots year-round. You’ll have a positive, can-do attitude and be able to quickly learn and understand new systems and processes. 

Duties will include:

• Customer liaison
• Booking flights and entering into our aviation management software program
• Preparing quotes
• Invoicing
• Other general administrative duties as required

ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE

• Proficient in Microsoft Office

• Knowledge of Xero accounting package (invoicing / reconciliation)

• Previous administration experience

DESIRABLE EXPERIENCE

• Previous experience in a customer service role

• Knowledge of Air Maestro aviation software or similar
